How soon do my cookies ship out?
I bake every order fresh, just for you! Orders are shipped out on Mondays and Wednesdays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Can I place a rush order?
At this time, we fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot expedite orders. If you need cookies sooner, contact me directly to see what I can do(:
Can I hold or schedule my order for a later date?
Can I change my order after placing it?
It depends! If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we may be able to make changes. Please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do our best to accommodate.
How should I store my cookies?
For the freshest experience, store your cookies at room temperature in an airtight container. If you want to save them for later, they can be frozen for up to one month. When you're ready to enjoy a cookie, let it thaw at room temperature before reheating.
Our boxes are carefully created for the best tasting experience. At this time, we do not offer custom flavor selections or swaps. Be sure to sign up for my email list to be the first to know about seasonal boxes coming out!
I have a nut allergy. Can I eat your cookies?
All of our cookies are made in a kitchen that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our cookies are completely allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy, please consult a medical professional before consuming.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
BlissMixx cookies are made fresh with no preservatives and are best enjoyed within 10 days. If you won’t finish them in that time, pop them in the freezer for up to one month to maintain freshness.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier. If your order is delayed but still within the estimated timeframe, please allow a little extra time for it to arrive. If it’s past the estimated delivery window, contact me, and I'll do our best to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please reach out as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll see what we can do!
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact me immediately with the correct address so we can make the change.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damage, missing items, or quality concerns—please reach out to me, and I'll make it right!
